Needs:
Donation of items needed for gift bags or monetary support for the purchase of items
Volunteers for caroling and delivering gifts.
WHY?
Last year while carrying out some charity work, God tapped me on the shoulder and said,
“Even if it isn’t what you would choose, I am calling you.”
I saw a need among our community. A Basic Need not being met.
There are approximately 185-200 sweet souls who are full time residents in these three facilities at any given time.
Many of them go without the most basic of human contact, aside from that of their caregivers.
Tucker Baptist Association/Missions Committee has seen this vacancy in their lives, as a calling to serve according to God’s Word,
“In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way
we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said,
‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'” – Acts 20:35
